Kissing Booth Stand

How it's done

Your elf sets up a miniature kissing booth on the kitchen counter or a shelf, inviting the kids to say hello to their scout. The setup consists of a decorated box or a pre-made cardboard booth and a small sign that says kisses for a penny or a hug. It is a quick five minute project that leaves absolutely no cleanup behind, making it perfect for a busy weeknight. This scene is ideal for younger children who enjoy simple roleplay with their elf. This setup was Inspired by The Soccer Mom Blog.

Pets in the house?

Should be fine around pets as long as you place it out of reach.

Why this works

This kind of scene isn't tied to one room, it works wherever the elf needs a new home tonight. Difficulty 2 means it uses items you already own and takes about five minutes, quick but visibly intentional.

Variations

  • Bigger-kid twist: For an older crowd that sees through simple scenes, step up to Military Tape Wall Capture , same room, cleverer setup.

If it doesn't go to plan

If the elf ends up too well-hidden and the kids can't find it, nudge them with a vague hint ("Looks like our elf went somewhere cozy"), the discovery is the point.
