Military Tape Wall Capture

How it's done

Transform a hallway or bedroom wall into an intense tactical zone where your elf has been cornered by a squadron of plastic toy soldiers. Use standard painters tape to securely fasten the elf to the wall while positioning a small tank nearby to anchor the scene. This setup is perfect for kids aged three to ten who enjoy a bit of playful drama without any cleanup stress. You can easily peel the tape off in the morning without damaging your paint. Pets in the house?

Should be fine around pets as long as you place it out of reach.

Why this works

This kind of scene isn't tied to one room, it works wherever the elf needs a new home tonight. This mid-difficulty scene trades a little more setup time for a bigger 'wow' moment when your kids walk in.

If it doesn't go to plan

If the elf ends up too well-hidden and the kids can't find it, nudge them with a vague hint ("Looks like our elf went somewhere cozy"), the discovery is the point.
