Pajamas Delivery
How it's done
Position your elf on your child's bed with a pair of pajamas wrapped as a gift. The elf sits right next to the package as if waiting for the morning reveal. This is a low stress way to start a cozy day, and it works perfectly for children between three and ten years old. Since the setup only requires a set of pajamas and some wrapping paper, you can have this ready in less than five minutes before you head to sleep. This scene was Inspired by The Foreign Mom.

Why this works
Bedroom scenes work best as an evening reveal, kids find the elf when they climb into bed. Bedtime is when a cozy, low-mess scene lands hardest. Difficulty 2 means it uses items you already own and takes about five minutes, quick but visibly intentional.

If it doesn't go to plan
If the elf ends up too well-hidden and the kids can't find it, nudge them with a vague hint ("Looks like our elf went somewhere cozy"), the discovery is the point.
