Rice Krispies Box Pop
How it's done
This setup turns your breakfast routine into a fun discovery when your elf pokes their head right through the front of a Rice Krispies box. Simply use a craft knife to cut a small hole in the cardboard, allowing the elf to replace the box mascot for the morning. It takes less than five minutes to execute and leaves behind nothing more than a few stray cereal crumbs. Why this works

If it doesn't go to plan
If the elf ends up too well-hidden and the kids can't find it, nudge them with a vague hint ("Looks like our elf went somewhere cozy"), the discovery is the point.
