How it's done
Your elf has raided the bathroom cabinet to stack three rolls of toilet paper into a DIY snowman. They are perched on top as the head, complete with a drawn-on face using a washable marker or construction paper buttons. This is a low-effort setup that takes less than five minutes to assemble once the kids are asleep.
