How it's done
Your elf leans against a milk carton on the counter, looking like a tiny rebel. Kids will find him sporting a leather jacket and a drawn on mustache, acting like a total tough guy. Prop up a small sign that says the milk has gone bad to finish the pun. This setup takes five minutes and requires zero cleanup since the mischief is just a costume change. Why this works
The kitchen is the first room most kids visit in the morning, for cereal, for milk, for the toaster.
